This is about understanding patterns, building self-trust, and creating meaningful internal shifts that carry into your daily life.

An integrative approach allows us to go deeper.

By incorporating body-based practices, nervous system support, and alternative therapeutic tools, we are able to move beyond insight alone and into actual change—physically, emotionally, and mentally.

 

How Integrative Care Shows Up in Therapy

In your sessions, integrative care is woven into the work based on your needs and preferences.

This may include:

  • Nervous system regulation and somatic support

  • Guided meditation and grounding practices

  • Energy-based interventions

  • Emotional processing and pattern work

These approaches are always optional and are used to support your therapy—not replace it.

Your sessions remain grounded, collaborative, and tailored to you.

These services do not require you to be an ongoing therapy client.

In addition to being integrated into therapy sessions, select services are also available to book independently.

These offerings are ideal if you are looking for support with stress, regulation, clarity, or reconnection—whether or not you are currently in therapy.

 

Energy Alchemy

In Person or Telehealth

Energy-based work designed to support emotional release, recalibration, and internal alignment. This approach can help shift stagnant patterns and create a greater sense of clarity and openness.

This is ideal if you:

  • feel stuck in the same emotional patterns or cycles

  • feel energetically drained, heavy, or overwhelmed

  • are processing something but can’t quite move it fully

  • want support that goes beyond talking

During this session, you’ll be guided into a calm, receptive state while subtle energy-based techniques are used to support release and internal shift. Sessions are quiet, grounding, and individualized based on what your system needs.

Clients often leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more regulated.

This service requires a consultation before booking.

Private Meditation

In Person or Telehealth

Guided, individualized meditation sessions designed to help you regulate your nervous system, reconnect with your body, and create internal space for clarity and grounding.

This is ideal if you:

  • feel mentally overwhelmed or overstimulated

  • have difficulty slowing down or “turning off” your mind

  • struggle to meditate on your own

  • want a structured way to reset and recenter

You’ll be guided through a personalized meditation experience based on your current state, allowing your system to settle and your mind to quiet without effort or pressure.

Sessions are supportive, grounding, and accessible whether you’re new to meditation or experienced.

Ear Seeding

In Person Only

A technique rooted in auricular therapy that uses small seeds placed on specific points of the ear to support anxiety, stress, depression, and PTSD.
This provides continued support to the nervous system between sessions.

This is ideal if you:

  • experience ongoing anxiety or stress

  • feel dysregulated throughout the week

  • want consistent, low-effort support between sessions

  • are looking for something simple but effective

During your session, seeds are placed on specific ear points based on your needs. You’ll be given guidance on how to gently stimulate the points throughout the week to support regulation.

This is a subtle but powerful way to support your nervous system over time.

Reflexology for Stress & Anxiety Add-On

In Person Only

A grounding, body-based practice using pressure points in the feet to support relaxation and nervous system regulation.
Reflexology can be added to ear seeding sessions for additional support with stress and anxiety.

This is ideal if you:

  • feel physically tense or on edge

  • have difficulty relaxing or settling into your body

  • want a deeper level of grounding during your session

Reflexology is incorporated as an add-on to enhance relaxation and support your system in fully settling during the session.
