Teletherapy for Colorado Residents Seeking Depth and Growth

You’ve outgrown surface-level therapy.

You’re self-aware. You’ve done the work.
But something still isn’t shifting.

This is for you if…

• You’ve already been in therapy
• You understand your patterns but still feel stuck
• You want deeper change, not just coping
• You’re ready to invest in real transformation

Many people seek therapy during moments of crisis or when life feels overwhelming.

Others arrive from a different place.

They may have built successful careers, businesses, or lives that look solid from the outside. They are capable, thoughtful, and often deeply self-aware. Yet at some point, they begin to notice parts of their inner world — their emotional landscape, relationships, or sense of identity — have not received the same level of attention as their professional lives.
Something deeper is asking to be explored.

People often come to the work we do at Sovereign Self Mental Health when they feel ready for a different kind of conversation — one that invites reflection, emotional growth, and a more intentional relationship with themselves and the people in their lives.

Therapy at Sovereign Self Mental Health is designed for individuals who are interested in that deeper process: developing emotional intelligence, strengthening relationships, and creating a life that feels not only successful, but meaningful and aligned.

What changes here?”

You stop analyzing yourself, repeating patterns, feeling like you “should be further along” and you begin to actually shift patterns, feel different in your body, and creating real change in your life.

Areas of Focus

• Emotional development and self-awareness
• Relationship patterns and communication
• Stress, pressure, and high-performance environments
• Identity development and life direction
• Somatic and nervous system regulation
• Internal family systems / inner child work
• Financial therapy and identity patterns around money

A Different Approach to Therapy

At Sovereign Self Mental Health, therapy is approached as a form of personal development, not simply symptom management.

Rather than focusing only on coping strategies, this work explores deeper patterns — including identity, emotional development, relationship dynamics, and the nervous system while giving you the tools to manage all life has to offer.

Sessions integrate multiple therapeutic perspectives and are structured to support meaningful growth.

Investment

We believe rate transparency is a very important part of the initial therapy process.

Let's first address the elephant in the room... do we accept insurance?

At Sovereign Self Mental Health, we’ve chosen not to work directly with insurance companies in Colorado in order to protect your privacy, autonomy, and the integrity of your healing. When insurance is involved, your mental health records are no longer fully confidential — they can be accessed and reviewed by third parties, and that information can be used to approve, deny, or limit other medical services in the future. Insurance providers also require a formal diagnosis and often restrict what they will or won’t cover based on their own criteria, not your needs. They can deny coverage at any time, for any reason, without explanation.

By stepping outside of this system, we preserve your right to choose the type of care that truly serves you — without interference, without labeling, and without compromise. You can learn more about our Sovereign Self Difference philosophy by clicking HERE.

We understand that finances can be a barrier for some which is why we created a tiered therapy model that allows clients to choose their path based on time, energy, and financial capacity. You can learn more about our model, payment structure, and how it might benefit you by simply booking a consultation.
